COMMISSION MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE I START. This is to minimize risk to myself of spending time on something that won't be paid for. I realize this requires you to trust me with your money, so thank you for trusting me! I will update you frequently (every couple days) on the status of your commission and a work-in-progress screenshot. (though for easier comms like "doodle" and "sketch," they may be delivered in full before an update is necessary.)
NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETE COMMISSIONS. I always give my all to the final product, and cannot afford to lose time to something I won't be paid for. In the extremely rare event I'm unable to start or finish your commission in a reasonable amount of time, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on how complete the commission is.
COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. They are not made to be massively replicated or sold to third parties. The commission is for you. You may print and hang it on your wall, make a key chain out of it and give it to your friend, etc- but don't put my artwork in your online shop or sell at a market.
LIMITED CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO A COMPLETE COMMISSION. If, after receiving your completed commission, it turns out I missed something big like leaving out a prominent accessory or painting in the wrong eye color, I will gladly fix it! But no full pose or background changes will be accepted after you recieve the final product.
NO AI-GENERATED REFERENCES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any human-made art of your character, written descriptions, pinterest inspiration boards, moodboards, photography references, etc. are all great ways to get your idea across instead. Thank you for not using generative AI during this process!

HOW TO COMMISSION ME:
1. Take a look at the drop-down commission sections below, and decide which one you'd like. :)
2. Click "order" on the type of commission you want. This will take you to a google form where you can fill out your commission details, information, payment preference, etc.
3. I'll either accept or turn away your commission request within 48 hours (I'm usually pretty quick to respond.) If accepted, I'll contact you with your receipt, estimated wait time, and send a payment request / invoice. If turned away, I will also contact you and let you know why.
4. If everything looks good to you, go ahead and pay. As soon as I receive payment, I'll let you know, and your commission will show up in the commission table at the top of this page. I'll get started as soon as possible!
